We do not recommend Arena Club. Our payment to ship a card failed on every method we tried, so the card never left the site. Read why we do not recommend Arena Club
We do not recommend Courtyard. Its range of packs is wide, but shipping a card home meant a second payment, and package coverage more than doubled it. Read why we do not recommend Courtyard
We do not recommend Fanatics Collect. It is a professional site with strong customer support, yet most cards we opened there had a low listed value. Read why we do not recommend Fanatics Collect

Many are, but not all. Some packs hold graded slabs only and others mix graded and raw cards. The pack page says which, so read it before you buy.
Rip.fan's Pokémon card prices list cards set by set with a dated Near Mint (NM) market price for English cards. They leave out graded cards, so for a slab, compare recent sales of the same card at the same grade from the same grader.
