Boxed.gg vs GrailCart
Both show card rates before you buy. GrailCart lists every card a pack can contain, with a card rate for each card, and has a wide range of pack prices. How Boxed.gg and GrailCart differ
Boxed.gg's result screen offers to sell a card back for the account balance, and a card can also be withdrawn for shipping or put toward a graded slab in the marketplace swap. On GrailCart we found no place to keep cards and no marketplace for selling them to other collectors.
GrailCart attaches a rate to each card on a pack's list, along with its listed value, so a Pokémon buyer can look up that exact slab's recent sales before choosing a pack. Boxed.gg attaches one to each value range and lists the items underneath, and that list can shift between visits. Both boxes we opened there warned that a few items had already gone to vouchers because stock ran short.
We went through GrailCart's pack list, its pack pages and its card checkout on our own account, and a price filter there cuts a long list of packs down quickly. Pokémon slab buyers who like to study a pack's contents first will be at home on GrailCart. Collectors who range across many kinds of cards, sports included,, and who want a swap that turns spare cards into slabs, have more to work with at Boxed.gg.
