How Ripz and Royale.gg differ
Ripz lives and breathes trading cards, and Royale.gg is a shop for designer goods that you open in boxes. The Ripz pack list holds Pokémon, One Piece and Lorcana sets, with no sports cards or other goods anywhere. Royale.gg's tabs run from clothing and shoes to electronics, watches, jewelry and sports, and none of them is for cards. The only card we saw there, a graded Pokémon card, sat in a box of collectibles beside a designer jacket and an art print.
The Ripz collection page sorts what you hold by set and gives each card's number and rarity, which suits anyone who tracks a set card by card. A busy community feed ran down the side of every page while we looked around, with collectors posting minutes apart.
Royale.gg's golf box alone runs from an electric golf cart to two golf simulators and an autographed tournament flag, and the site piles on extras beyond opening boxes, which weren't for us. Anyone collecting Pokémon, One Piece or Lorcana cards will be at home on Ripz, while Royale.gg suits someone who would rather open a set of irons than a card.
