How Rips by Triumph and Ripz differ
Sports collectors can rule Ripz out quickly, since every set on its list is Pokémon, One Piece or Lorcana. Triumph carries baseball, basketball and football next to Pokémon and One Piece, and among the cards we have had shipped from it are PSA-graded baseball slabs and one Pokémon slab from PSA.
Time is the other big difference. Ripz keeps whatever you get in its vault, listed on your collection page, and ships only when asked, so a collection can build up there. Triumph wants a decision soon after each pack, ship the card or take its offer, before the app makes the choice for you.
Triumph lives on your phone, and its opening scenes are a big part of why we keep going back. Ripz runs in a browser, and its card market sells singles from the same vault, so the one Lorcana card missing from a set can simply be bought.
Pick Ripz for Lorcana and for leaving cards in a vault. For sports cards, or Pokémon slabs delivered fast, Triumph is where to open.
