Hyperia City is the Disney Lorcana set that Ravensburger dates to a prerelease at local stores on October 16, 2026 and a release everywhere on October 23, 2026. It brings Disney and Pixar’s Coco into Lorcana for the first time, along with two Iconic cards, of Mickey Mouse and Cinderella, drawn in the same after-dark style as its Enchanted cards. It comes in booster packs, booster display boxes, an Illumineer’s Trove and a prerelease box, but not in collector boosters, which start with Into the Inkdark in 2027.

When does Hyperia City come out?

Stage Date Where
Preorders Open as of September 22, 2026 Online retailers
Prerelease Friday, October 16, 2026 Local stores, plus select Disney Parks and stores
Release everywhere Friday, October 23, 2026 Everywhere, mass retailers included

The prerelease gives local stores a head start: the events are a way to enjoy the set before it reaches mass retailers, and Ravensburger recommends signing up for an event in advance. Our Lorcana set release dates guide places Hyperia City among the 2026 and 2027 sets.

What products does Hyperia City come in?

Product Inside Cards from packs, by Rip.fan’s arithmetic
Booster pack 12 cards of all rarities 12
Booster display box Booster packs Depends on the count on the box
Illumineer’s Trove A full-art box with 8 booster packs and small accessories 96
Prerelease box A map of the city, 1 promo card, small accessories and 6 booster packs, sold at prerelease events 72, plus the promo

The arithmetic multiplies the packs by 12 cards a pack, the size of a Hyperia City booster pack and of each of the 8 packs in the Fabled Trove. You can buy the set at local stores, Ravensburger’s own store and Amazon.

Two notes on the table:

  • The display box count. Fabled, an earlier set, had a display box of 24 packs of 12 cards, 288 cards in all, so check that the Hyperia City box label says the same before you buy.
  • The promo card. Each prerelease box holds one random promo card. Our promo card entry explains what sets these apart.

Our guide to Lorcana Enchanted cards and box contents covers what a pack and a display box hold, and a booster box is sealed product, so buy one with the maker’s wrap intact.

Is there a Hyperia City collector booster?

No. Collector boosters begin with Into the Inkdark, the first set of 2027, which Ravensburger dates to a prerelease on February 5 and a release on February 12. Every card in a collector booster is foil, and a new rarity called Illustrious appears only in them: 6 cards per set, each with only 23 copies printed. A sealed product sold as a Hyperia City collector booster matches nothing Ravensburger has announced.

What rarities does Hyperia City have?

Lorcana’s rarity ladder runs from Common to Iconic, and our guide to Lorcana rarities explains each step.

Rarity Details
Epic 18 per set, rarer than Legendary but more common than Enchanted
Enchanted For Hyperia City, a style with dramatic after-dark lighting, showing glimmers enjoying the city’s nightlife
Iconic 2 per set. For Hyperia City, Mickey Mouse - Best in Town and Cinderella - Unintentional Icon, in the Enchanted style

Ravensburger calls Iconic cards the rarest in Lorcana, and the Mickey Mouse card was first shown at D23. Our Enchanted entry covers the rarity symbol to look for.

How are Hyperia City cards numbered?

Hyperia City is Set 14, and each card number reads as the set number, then the card’s own number. The two Iconic cards show how a rarer printing sits apart:

Card Standard printing Iconic printing
Mickey Mouse - Best in Town 14-23, Super Rare 14-241
Cinderella - Unintentional Icon 14-157, Super Rare 14-242

So each Iconic card is a separate printing, numbered above the rest of the set. Read the number and the rarity symbol together when you sort, sell or price a card.

What is the set about?

Hyperia City is a place where metro meets the fantastical, with neighborhoods such as the City Center, Wandering Straits, Old Towne Hyperia and the Marigold District. Its named cards come from several films:

  • Coco. Glimmers of the Rivera family and of Ernesto de la Cruz, in the film’s Lorcana debut.
  • Big Hero 6. Glimmers such as Honey Lemon, set at the city’s academy for genius and creativity.
  • Other city residents. Glimmers of Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde and Gazelle.
  • Familiar faces. Disney Princesses in new fashions, and Mickey Mouse.

The characters on Lorcana cards are called glimmers.

What should you check before you buy Hyperia City product?

  1. The product name. A Trove, a display box and a prerelease box hold different numbers of packs, as the table above shows.
  2. The release date. Before October 23, 2026, Ravensburger put the set only at local stores and select Disney Parks and stores, from the October 16 prerelease.
  3. Any collector booster claim. Collector boosters start with Into the Inkdark in 2027.
  4. The seal. Buy sealed product with the maker’s wrap intact. Our guide to storing sealed product covers keeping it that way.

How do you check Hyperia City card prices?

Rip.fan’s price pages and card price lookup cover English Pokémon cards only, so price a Hyperia City card from sold listings:

  1. Match the printing. Read the set number, the card number and the rarity symbol. A Super Rare and its Iconic printing are different cards to a buyer.
  2. Use sold prices, not asking prices. A preorder or listing price is only what a seller hopes to get. Our guide to market, listed and sold prices explains why sold prices are the ones to trust.
  3. Date what you find. Our guides to checking a Lorcana card’s value and finding what a card sold for walk through the method.
