Winterspell is Disney Lorcana’s Set 11. Ravensburger held its prerelease at local stores and Disney Stores on February 13, 2026 and released it everywhere a week later, on February 20, 2026. Its story starts with an Elsa glimmer who tries to freeze a mysterious vine and brings on an unexpected winter instead. Its two Iconic cards, of Moana and Pocahontas, use a papercut style, and its Enchanted cards carry a frost foil. Unlike Fabled two sets earlier, it is almost all new cards.

What is in Winterspell?

The set has over 200 cards, with a winter theme running through them. Its named characters come from several films and shows:

  • Elsa: Elsa - Ice Artisan, the glimmer whose spell sets off the winter storm.
  • Pocahontas: Pocahontas and her forest friends, in their Lorcana debut.
  • Lilo & Stitch: The Series: Angel, Reuben, Slushy and other experiments.
  • Mickey’s Christmas Carol: its characters, ghosts included.
  • Other arrivals: Darkwing Duck, Widow Tweed, Dinky, Boomer, Vixey and Big Mama.

The characters on Lorcana cards are called glimmers. The cards named for Christmas Carol roles include Mickey Mouse - Bob Cratchit, Minnie Mouse - Mrs. Cratchit and Jiminy Cricket - Ghost of Christmas Past, each with an Epic version, and Scrooge McDuck - Reformed Ebenezer, which has an Enchanted one.

What are the Winterspell Iconic and Enchanted cards?

Rarity Cards Style
Iconic 2: Moana - Curious Explorer and Pocahontas - Peacekeeper A papercut style, as if made with scissors, like children’s snowflake decorations
Enchanted 18 A frost foil effect over the card

Per set, there are 18 Epic cards and 2 Iconic cards, and Ravensburger ranks Epic rarer than Legendary and Iconic the rarest of all. Our guide to Lorcana rarities explains the whole ladder, and the Enchanted entry covers that symbol.

How are Winterspell cards numbered?

Each card number is the set number, then the card’s own number. The set runs in four blocks:

Card numbers Printings What they are
11-1 to 11-204 204 Standard cards: 72 Common, 54 Uncommon, 48 Rare, 18 Super Rare and 12 Legendary
11-205 to 11-222 18 Epic printings
11-223 to 11-240 18 Enchanted printings
11-241 and 11-242 2 Iconic printings

Every special printing repeats a standard card under a higher number. Some examples:

  • Tiana - Warm and Happy: Common at 11-5, Epic at 11-205.
  • Stitch - Carefree Snowboarder: Rare at 11-7, Epic at 11-207.
  • Lilo - Rock Star: Super Rare at 11-17, Enchanted at 11-223.
  • Pocahontas - Peacekeeper: Legendary at 11-22, Iconic at 11-241.
  • Moana - Curious Explorer: Legendary at 11-155, Iconic at 11-242.

So read the number and the rarity symbol together. Unlike Fabled’s, the Epic and Enchanted numbers do not follow the order of the standard numbers: Stitch, at 11-7, comes after a card numbered 11-13 in the Epic block. Our card number entry explains the idea using Pokémon’s numbering.

Which cards get special printings?

The Epic, Enchanted and Iconic cards, sorted by each card’s standard rarity:

Special printing Cards Standard rarity of those cards
Epic 18 6 Common, 6 Uncommon, 6 Rare
Enchanted 18 5 Rare, 6 Super Rare, 7 Legendary
Iconic 2 2 Legendary

The 18 Epic cards include Stitch - Carefree Snowboarder, whose Epic printing, 11-207, is shown on its own card page. No Winterspell Common or Uncommon has an Enchanted version.

How does Winterspell compare with Fabled?

Both sets follow the rarity ladder Fabled introduced, but they differ in ways a buyer notices:

Fabled (Set 9) Winterspell (Set 11)
Standard cards 205, numbered from 9-0 204, numbered from 11-1
Super Rares 19 18
Printings in all 243 242
Cards sharing a full name with an earlier set’s card 171 4
Commons with an Enchanted version 2 0
Iconic style A lore star foil A papercut style

The four Winterspell cards that share a name with older cards, ignoring letter case, are Let It Go, also in The First Chapter, Heihei - Persistent Presence, also in Rise of the Floodborn, and Distract and Strike A Good Match, both also in Into the Inklands. Our guide to Fabled covers that set’s reprints in full.

What products does Winterspell come in?

It comes in two:

Product Inside Cards from packs, by Rip.fan’s arithmetic
Booster display box 24 booster packs of 12 cards 288
Illumineer’s Trove 8 booster packs, with small accessories and a storage box 96, if each pack holds 12 cards as in the display box

The prerelease promo is a Timon card. Our promo card entry explains what sets these apart, and a booster box is sealed product, so buy one with the maker’s wrap intact. Our guide to storing sealed product covers keeping it that way.

What should you check before you buy?

  1. The number in a singles listing. A special printing has its own number above 11-204, so check that the number matches the card in the photos.
  2. The rarity symbol. Every Epic card shares its name with a standard Common, Uncommon or Rare, so make sure a listing is for the printing you want.
  3. The style. The Iconic cards are papercut art and the Enchanted cards carry frost foil.
  4. The product name. A display box and a Trove hold different numbers of packs, as the table above shows.

How do you check Winterspell card prices?

Rip.fan’s price pages and card price lookup cover English Pokémon cards only, so price a Winterspell card from sold listings:

  1. Match the printing. Read the set number, the card number and the rarity symbol. A Legendary and its Iconic printing are different cards to a buyer.
  2. Check the finish. An Enchanted card’s frost foil sets it apart from the standard printing of the same card.
  3. Use sold prices, not asking prices. Our guides to checking a Lorcana card’s value and market, listed and sold prices walk through the method.

If you sell singles, the seller fee calculator shows what you keep after TCGplayer’s and Whatnot’s fees. For other sets, see our guides to Hyperia City and Lorcana Enchanted cards and box contents, or the trading card hub.
