It is a Universes Beyond set that draws on the entire history of the Turtles’ media. The set has 300 entries over 300 collector numbers and 195 different cards. It has no double-faced cards, but its numbers run to 320 with two blocks left empty.

Set release, in stores March 6, 2026

Wizards first showed the set at a New York Comic Con panel. By Rip.fan’s arithmetic, the set came 6 weeks after Lorwyn Eclipsed (January 23, 2026). Wizards’ 2026 lineup announcement had first given only a month, March 2026. Our Magic set release dates guide covers the full calendar.

How many cards are in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?

195 different cards over 300 collector numbers. Unlike the other three sets compared below, this one has no double-faced cards, so its 300 entries match its 300 numbers one for one. The numbers run from 1 to 320, but there is nothing at 291 to 300 or at 305 to 314.

How is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles numbered?

Grouped by range:

Collector numbers Printings What is there
1 to 190 190 Every card except the basic lands, from Action News Crew at 1
191 to 195 5 The five basic lands
196 to 252 57 Repeats of earlier cards
253 to 257 5 The basic lands again
258 to 277 20 Repeats
278 to 280 3 Turtle Van, Weather Maker and Northampton Farm again
281 to 290 10 Repeats: six cards that are Rare at their first number and Mythic Rare here, and four that are Mythic Rare at their first number
291 to 300 none No entries
301 to 304 4 One card for each Turtle again, such as Leonardo, Sewer Samurai and Michelangelo, Improviser
305 to 314 none No entries
315 to 319 5 The basic lands a third time
320 1 A repeat of the card at 73

No card first appears above 195, so every higher number reprints a card from the main run. 114 cards have one printing, 57 have two and 24 have three. No card has more than three printings, the lowest top count of the four sets compared below.

What rarities are in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?

What products came out for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?

The lineup includes:

  • Collector Boosters, home to the Japan Showcase and Kevin Eastman cards. Wizards’ product guide, written for all sets, gives 5 to 6 cards of rare or higher and 8 to 10 foil cards or more a pack.
  • Play Boosters. Each pack has at least one card of rare or higher and at least one foil card.
  • Pizza Bundle: one Collector Booster, an oversized small accessory and cards with pizza-themed art.
  • Bundle: a promo card and a small accessory alongside packs, and more.
  • Turtle Team-Up, a boxed set described below.
  • Commander Deck. The code TMC, named Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Commander, has 132 entries, and the Turtle Team-Up decks use TMC cards too.
  • Prerelease Pack.

Our Play Booster and Collector Booster entries and our Magic Collector Boosters guide explain the two main pack types.

What is in Turtle Team-Up?

Wizards’ contents article, dated February 19, 2026, lists:

  • four 60-card decks, each mixing cards from TMT and TMC
  • one 38-card deck
  • four Play Boosters

The article says 29 different cards new to Magic, all under TMC, appear across the four 60-card decks, with 8 new cards in each deck.

How does Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles compare with the sets before it?

Four sets from late 2025 and early 2026, side by side:

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Spider-Man both have 300 entries, but only this set has 300 numbers behind them. Each set has its own guide: Marvel’s Spider-Man, Avatar and Lorwyn Eclipsed.

What should you check before you buy?

  • TMT or TMC. The Commander cards have their own code, and the Turtle Team-Up decks mix both.
  • The rarity symbol on 281, 282, 283, 286, 287 and 288. Those six cards are Mythic Rare there and Rare at their first number.
  • A number from 291 to 300 or 305 to 314. No card carries such a number, so a listing that claims one cannot be confirmed.
  • The basic land number. Each basic land has three printings, at 191 to 195, 253 to 257 and 315 to 319.
  • Factory wrap on any booster box or other sealed product; see our guide to storing sealed product.

How do you check Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles card prices?

Rip.fan’s card price lookup and price pages hold English Pokémon cards only. For a card from this set, start from the code and collector number: April O’Neil, Hacktivist is Rare at 29 and Mythic Rare at 282. Then take only dated sold listings for that printing, finish and language. Our guides to checking Magic card prices, finding what a card sold for and spotting fake Magic cards cover the method, and the seller fee calculator shows what TCGplayer and Whatnot leave you after fees. The trading card hub gathers the rest of our Magic coverage.
