One Piece set release dates in English and Japanese

Bandai dates OP-18, the newest One Piece booster, to November 20, 2026 in English, a day before its Japanese release on November 21. EB-05 comes first, on October 30, 2026 in English and October 31 in Japan. That near match is new: OP-01 reached English 133 days after Japan in 2022. As of October 12, 2026, Bandai listed no booster after OP-18.

What are the 2026 One Piece release dates?

Every English booster in 2026 lists an MSRP of USD $4.99 per pack. In Japan, the price is 220 yen through OP-16 and 240 yen for OP-17, EB-05 and OP-18, tax included. Our guide to One Piece booster box contents covers what the packs and boxes hold.

Where is EB-04 in English?

Bandai’s English list never shows a separate EB-04. In its place are two combined codes:

• OP14-EB04, released January 16, 2026, lists 163+2 card types.
• OP15-EB04, released April 3, 2026, lists 159+1.

OP14-EB04 pairs with Japan’s OP-14 and OP15-EB04 with OP-15, because each pair carries the same set name in translation. In Japan, OP-14 has 128+1 card types and OP-15 125+1, and EB-04 is its own extra booster with 67+1, released January 31, 2026. The codes and the larger English counts suggest that EB-04’s cards were folded into the two English packs.

When did the earlier English sets come out?

Bandai’s English list starts with OP-01 in December 2022. OP-02 here and OP-16 above are given by code only.

The letters name the kind of product: OP for the numbered booster packs, EB for extra boosters and PRB for premium boosters. Our guide to booster box contents explains how the same codes appear on the cards.

How did the gap with Japan close?

In three stages:

1. About three to four and a half months, to mid-2025. From OP-01 to OP-11, every English release came 97 to 139 days after the Japanese one.
2. A steady squeeze. The gap fell to 83 days for OP-12, 76 for OP-13, 55 for OP-14, 34 for OP-15 and 13 for OP-16. EB-03 was the exception, at 118 days.
3. Under a week. Bandai said global simultaneous releases begin with OP-17, which came out August 22, 2026 in Japan and August 28 in English, six days apart. EB-05 and OP-18 are then dated a day earlier in English than in Japan.

What patterns show in the dates?

Four stand out:

• Fridays in English, Saturdays in Japan. Every English date falls on a Friday. Japan’s first two boosters came out on Fridays, and every Japanese booster from OP-03 on has come out on a Saturday.
• Ten to twelve weeks apart in English. From OP-11 to OP-18, each numbered English booster came 10 to 12 weeks after the one before. Extra and premium boosters fill the gaps.
• About every 13 weeks in Japan. From OP-03 to OP-18, Japanese numbered boosters have come 12 to 15 weeks apart, exactly 13 weeks apart in 10 of the 15 gaps. Since 2023 that has put one in February or early March, May, August and November each year.
• Price steps. The English MSRP per pack rose from $4.19 for OP-01 to OP-03, to $4.49 from OP-04, then $4.99 from OP-10. The Japanese price rose from 198 yen to 220 yen with OP-04, then 240 yen with OP-17.

What comes after OP-18?

As of October 12, 2026, Bandai’s English and Japanese lists both end with OP-18. Treat any date for OP-19 as unconfirmed until Bandai lists one.

How do you check a One Piece release date?

1. Use Bandai’s English product list. Each product shows a release date and MSRP.
2. For Japan, use the Japanese product list. It gives each release date with the weekday and the price including tax.
3. Open the product page for details. It adds the card count, such as 127+1 card types for OP-18.
4. Treat everything else as unconfirmed. A preorder listing is not a release date until Bandai’s list matches it.

Do English One Piece sets come out in Asia on the Japanese date?

Yes. Asia's English edition, for Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, has matched Japan's release day for every booster from OP-01 on July 22, 2022 through OP-17, and its OP-18 shares the Japanese date too.

Was EB-04 ever sold in English?

Yes, in Asia. The Asia English edition, sold in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, released EB-04 Egghead Crisis as an extra booster of its own on January 31, 2026, the same day as Japan.

Which other One Piece products are dated for late 2026 in English?

The Gift Collection, One Piece Heroines (GC-2026), with 2 EB-05 packs and 10 promo cards, is dated November 20, 2026, the same day as OP-18. Starter decks ST-37 and ST-38 follow on December 18 and 19, 2026.
