In more detail

Rates change, so each figure here is as the pages read on October 12, 2026. TCGplayer charges a Level 1 to 4 seller a 10.75% commission, capped at $75 per product, plus a transaction fee of 2.5% of the order total and $0.30. Whatnot's standard commission for sports and TCG sales in the US is 8%, falling in steps for higher four-week sales, plus processing of 2.9% and $0.30.

Some fees depend on the price. Fanatics Collect's Buy Now marketplace charges 6% on a card listed below 120% of its market value from Card Ladder and 12% at or above it. Whatnot works out its commission on the item price alone, leaving out the shipping and tax the buyer pays, though its processing fee counts them.

Work out what you keep from a sale before you list the card. Rip.fan's seller fee calculator does that arithmetic for TCGplayer and Whatnot from their published fee pages.
