Value range

A value range is the lowest and highest value a site lists for the cards in a pack's pool. Rip.fan's pack explorer shows the range each site publishes for each pack.

In more detail

A site publishes a value range for the cards still in a pack's pool: the value of its cheapest card and of its dearest. The pack explorer shows those two figures as the site publishes them, with the day we checked them. It does not work them out card by card.

A range says how far apart the cards are, not how many sit at each end. Two packs can share a range and differ widely in how the cards are split between the ends, so read the range together with the card rates, which show what share of the pool sits in each tier.

The figures are the site's own listed values, not prices Rip.fan has checked. They change when the site updates its pool or its values and as cards leave the pool, so each figure carries the date we checked it.
