Topps offered 2026 Pro Debut Baseball hobby boxes for preorder on October 19, 2026, at $139.99 each. The prospect-focused release is due November 18, 2026, with Chrome signatures and jumbo autograph relics among its signed cards.

The set serves minor league team collectors, prospect collectors and base-set builders. Players appear in their minor league uniforms, and the base checklist contains 200 cards.

Hobby boxes and the preorder price

Topps scheduled the preorder for 12 PM EST on October 19, 2026, through its own website. By October 20, 2026, the preorder had sold out in less than 15 minutes, according to Baseball America.

The $139.99 preorder price was $30 above the prior edition’s $109.99 starting price. The increase works out to 27.3%.

Pro Debut uses a hobby-only box format. Each box holds 144 cards, divided into 6 packs containing 24 cards apiece. The stated autograph count is 4 per box on average.

The base design follows the visual style of Topps’ flagship baseball release for 2026. Ethan Holliday appears on a previewed base card, a detail highlighted by OTIA Sports.

The wider checklist includes 59 names from Baseball America’s Top 100 Prospects. The prior edition included 82. Recognizable prospects in the product include Walker Jenkins and Jesús Made, alongside Franklin Arias and Leo De Vries.

Pitchers Kade Anderson, Ryan Sloan and Seth Hernandez also appear. Theo Gillen is another featured prospect.

Signed cards extend to players who have recently graduated from those prospect rankings. Travis Bazzana and Carson Benge are among them, as are Kevin McGonigle, JJ Wetherholt and Konnor Griffin.

Chrome signatures and multi-signed cards

Chrome cards appear alongside the paper cards, with on-card Chrome signatures included. A preview shows a Jesus Made Superfractor Autograph.

Triple Autographs include a shared card signed by Brady Ebel, Seth Hernandez and Billy Carlson. Another combination brings Kevin McGonigle together with Konnor Griffin and JJ Wetherholt.

Jumbo autograph relics also form part of the release. The category includes Rainiel Rodriguez and Ryan Waldschmidt, plus Max Clark and Leo De Vries. Other featured names include Theo Gillen, Travis Bazzana and Kevin McGonigle.

The autograph checklist spans standard prospect signatures, Chrome cards, multi-signed cards and relic cards. A player’s appearance in the base set does not describe all their signed-card formats.

Stadium scenes and new inserts

Ballpark Promos puts minor league parks into the design alongside players and team branding. Pennants surround the player, while a stadium image adds the club’s home setting.

An orange George Lombard Jr. parallel appeared in the preview, as shown in the early product guide. Stars of MiLB also appears in the insert lineup.

Pipeline Pairings joins the new insert offerings. The 2025 Arizona Fall League Stars set contains 20 unsigned cards, while its signed version has 17 cards.

Kevin McGonigle features in that Fall League lineup. Other names include Charlie Condon, Seaver King and Hagen Smith.

A separate new prospect insert has a 24-card checklist, with a signed version covering 20 players. Its autograph subjects include Eli Willits and Kade Anderson, alongside Jesús Made and Leo De Vries.

Team autograph coverage

Milwaukee’s signed-card subjects include Luis Peña and Cooper Pratt, as well as Jesús Made. Brady Ebel, Blake Burke, Braylon Payne and Josh Adamczewski also have signatures in the product.

Washington’s autograph lineup includes Seaver King and Eli Willits. Ethan Petry, Landon Harmon and Devin Fitz-Gerald add further names.

Pittsburgh has signed cards from Edward Florentino, Konnor Griffin and Seth Hernandez across the autograph lineup.

What to do

  • Check whether a hobby-box listing describes 4 autographs as an average, consistent with the stated configuration.
  • Confirm which signed-card category contains your target player before choosing a team in a break.
  • Compare listings against the stated 144-card box configuration, with 6 packs of 24 cards each.
