Repack
A repack is a product a seller builds from cards that were already taken out of factory packs, then sells as something new. It is not a factory-sealed pack.
In more detail
A factory pack is filled and sealed by the maker. A repack is assembled by the seller from cards that came from other packs, boxes or collections, and it is wrapped again for sale. The cards may be real and the contents may be fine, but the seller chose them.
TCGplayer's rule for sealed product shows the standard buyers apply: to count as factory sealed, an item has to be in its original unopened packaging, with no broken seal, and not re-shrink-wrapped or re-sealed. A repack fails that test by definition, so it should be listed as one.
Read the listing. Words such as repack or opened box mean the product is not factory sealed, and a seller who publishes what goes in gives you more to judge than one who does not. Compare the price with what a sealed box costs.
